  • Service availability depends on pincode and operational constraints.
  • Weights and cuts may have reasonable practical variation typical to fresh meat handling.

4. Orders and Cancellations

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful placement in our system.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order due to unavailability, operational issues, suspected misuse, or safety/compliance reasons.
  • Cancellation rules and refund eligibility depend on current order stage and applicable policy.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Estimated delivery time is indicative and not a guaranteed commitment.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, local restrictions, or force majeure events.
  • Accurate address and reachable contact number are required for successful delivery.

6. User Conduct

  • No misuse, abuse, fraudulent behavior, or interference with platform operations.
  • No unauthorized access attempts, scraping, reverse engineering, or malware activity.
  • We may suspend accounts involved in suspicious, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand elements, website content, software, logos, and design assets are owned by Baraabar or licensed to Baraabar. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baraabar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data arising from use of the service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Baraabar harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violations of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian laws. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of jurisdiction as per applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms
